Bowling Green Police Department officers used pepper balls and a Tazer to subdue a man Monday in the 1100 block of Fairview Avenue.
The man's caretaker called police and asked them to check his welfare, according to a report.
The man sprayed several officers with what may have been a lubricant and refused to comply with their orders, the
report said.
Robert Barkhordari, 44, was arrested at 4:24 p.m. on an emergency mental health order from Warren District Judge Brent Potter, according to the report. |
